Tom Winters – Secretary
Tom Winters is married and has three children, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He and his family have resided in San Clemente for 31 years. As a senior officer for Prudential Insurance Company for 34 years, he was responsible for negotiating selling agreements with nationally recognized financial services organizations.
Tom’s father served in the USMC during World War II and fought on Saipan and Tarawa. He was awarded a Purple Heart following the Tarawa campaign. Tom’s hobbies include handball, golf, reading stories that relate to military history, and coaching football for Pop Warner athletes. His service includes serving on the board of American Heroes Tribute over the last ten years.

Deborah Record-Gomez spent a career teaching Special Education. She’s a retired Grandparent of 5 beautiful grandchildren. Military Mom. Daughter a Major in the United States Army. Honored to be a Volunteer with American Heroes since it’s beginning. Patriotic and as a Christian, she stands on a solid foundation that never shifts, regardless of the times—blessed to know so many Military Families who have raised our precious Selfless Fallen Heroes.

Konni Martin is a passionate supporter of our military and their families through community and church-supported organizations. Grief Group facilitator for 3 ½ years. An entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in the Interior Furnishings Industry. She is committed to educating and inspiring her sales team, ensuring our client’s satisfaction is backed by LEED AP credentials.
Chris Yates – Board Member
Chris Yates is a Christain, father, and grandfather to four AWESOME grandsons; Mason, Ty, Deklan, and Luke! A retired United States Marine and active member of the American Legion. Chris is the Director of Operations for Temp Power Systems in Irvine, California, and serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors, Southern California Chapter.
